We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations be made with sufficient notice.

 

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will receive a full deposit refund.

•  Cancellations made 24 hours before your appointment will receive a 50% deposit refund.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a deposit refund.

• No cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
